Return & Refund Policy — CHAARCHINAAR

Eligibility window: Claims for damage/defect must be made within 7 days of delivery.

What qualifies: Product showing physical damage, tampering (broken / opened seal), or failed authenticity check performed by our lab or an independent accredited lab. Routine colour/tone variation due to natural lots does not qualify.

How to raise a claim: Email hello@chaarchinaar.com with: order number, photos of packaging and product, and a brief description. We will issue a return authorization (RMA) if eligible.

Return condition: For return transit, keep original packaging and tags. Do not use the product. If product shows signs of use and claim is for subjective reasons (taste/colour), we reserve the right to reject.

Shipping for returns: If the return is approved due to defect, CHAARCHINAAR will cover return shipping and either (a) replace at no cost or (b) refund the product price within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. If the return is for any other reason (rare), customer pays return shipping.

Refund processing: Refunds to the original payment method typically take 5–7 business days after approval/inspection.

Cancellation before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of purchase or while the order is in “Processing” state. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
